These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website team-ellis.com (the "Site") and any purchase of products from Team Ellis LLC ("Team Ellis," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us

Team Ellis LLC is a family-owned business offering precision 3D-printed law-enforcement and tactical gear made to order in the USA, along with selected apparel and third-party duty and tactical products. Questions may be directed to sales@team-ellis.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method supplied.

3. Products and Availability

Our catalog includes: (a) made-to-order 3D-printed items produced individually in the material and color you select; and (b) apparel and third-party goods that may be fulfilled by our partners. We make reasonable efforts to display products, colors, materials, and dimensions accurately, but slight variation is inherent to made-to-order manufacturing and is not a defect. All products are offered subject to availability, and we may modify or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders, Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected error, fraud, or pricing mistakes. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers; we do not store full payment card details. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and, where relevant, shipping charges shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Made-to-order items require production time before shipment. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free U.S. shipping, where offered, applies only to qualifying orders as described at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Because made-to-order 3D-printed items are produced specifically for you, they are non-returnable and non-refundable except where the item arrives defective or materially not as described. If your order is defective or damaged, contact sales@team-ellis.com within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Standard apparel and third-party goods may be returned in new, unused, original condition within 14 days of delivery; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective. Orders for made-to-order items may be cancelled only before production begins.

7. Lawful Use and Compliance

Certain products are intended for law-enforcement, security, and lawful civilian use. By purchasing, you confirm that you understand and will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as any departmental or agency policies governing your equipment. It is solely your responsibility to determine whether a product is legal and authorized for use in your jurisdiction. Team Ellis does not guarantee compliance in every jurisdiction and is not liable for any misuse or unlawful use of its products.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including designs, graphics, logos, text, and images, is the property of Team Ellis LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as required by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Ellis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Team Ellis LLC and its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of any product.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Team Ellis LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, governs your use. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
